Mobile-Office Ready
Tylese
When it comes to logistics and production management, I get the job done! After organizing a decade’s worth of productions, I’ve created my own compact kit of equipment and office supplies to operate as a mobile office from anywhere. Being versatile has allowed me to work bi-coastal, having clients in Atlanta, GA and Los Angeles, CA.
I studied Teledramatic Arts & Technology at California State University Monterey Bay and later transferred to Clark Atlanta University where I earned my B.A. in Mass Media Arts in 2010. After interning on an award show in 2009, I quickly became a Production Coordinator which lead to Production Management being responsible for call sheets, schedules, PO’s and petty cash, renting equipment (to name a few) and most important, solving problems on the fly.
I often alternate between being a Production Manager (PM) and a Production Coordinator (PC) with the main difference being who I report to but the job descriptions are often the same. As a Production Manager, I’m the right hand to the Line Producer usually organizing productions for an extended period of time, with more crew members and logistics to manage. When I’m Coordinating, I am the right hand to the Producer Manager or DP organizing the day-to-day logistics.
Being tech savvy has allowed my skill set to cross over from TV production to online and digital administration. I have an eye for enhancing the digital presence of businesses. I’ve created and managed several websites and social sites for clients in media production, housecleaning and beauty services.
It’s Sweet Tea
My nickname has always been “T” (short for Tylese). When I moved from California to Atlanta I loved the fact that I could get sweet tea at almost any restaurant, which is unheard of in California. The only way I would usually have this “southern style” of sweet tea was if my Nana made it by boiling the tea bags on the stove. I saw the correlation with my nickname “T” and my love for sweet tea and quickly changed my name on social media to “Sweet Tea” which later stuck with me. When it came time for me to pick a business name I wanted it to represent me so “It’s Sweet Tea” felt appropriate.
