Production Manager

As the Production Manager, I work directly with the EIC or Line Producer to supervise the production; managing the cast, crew, budget and day-to-day production and travel logistics. Multi-tasking crucial in this role so being able to delegate, follow up and put out fires are just the basics. Keeping up with time management, staying under budget and making sure things run smoothly are other key factors to my success in this position.
